SWFW Micro-Festival Program Release!

Wauchope | Landrigan Park

10 October 2025 | 10am-4pm

Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance, proudly supported by Aboriginal Affairs NSW, is excited to present the SWFW Micro-Festival, a celebration of Aboriginal culture, community, and creativity.

“The Micro-Festival is about celebrating culture while creating fun and meaningful experiences for the whole community. We’re excited to showcase local talent and bring people together for a day to remember.” – Michelle Flanders, Senior Project Officer

The program promises something for everyone. Visitors can experience a Smoking Ceremony, Welcome to Country, weaving, canoe building, and lino printing workshops, alongside vibrant dance performances and a Didg-Off. Families will enjoy the Elders Tent, silent disco, DJ beats, photo booth, and a jumping castle for the kids. Delicious food, fresh coffee, and stalls from local makers will round out the day, while local service providers will be on hand to connect with the community.

This project is presented to you by Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance and supported by Aboriginal Affairs, NSW.
